Hi Gary! Thank you so much for your query regarding our bunk beds. For safety reason and to minimise the danger of falling from the top bunk, the recommended mattress for the top bed should always be at least 16cm below the top of the lowest part of the guardrail and the maximum mattress height for this bunk is 18cm. Can the ladder be put on the left side of the bed?
