Is the headboard included? Unless I have missed it on the website, I cannot see where I specifically states bedframe and Mattress.

Hi Paula! Thanks for your interest in our beds! Just to clarify, the price listed for the bed is for the bed frame itself, which includes the headboard. The mattress is sold separately.
